Carolina Paez is a Physical Therapist and holds a Specialization Degree in Physical Activity for Health from Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia. Currently, she is a first year Masters student of Public Health at the George Warren BrownSchool of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She has worked as a researcher at Universidad del Rosario, and as a physical activity promoter at the District Institute for Sports and Recreation (IDRD) in Bogota, Colombia. Carolina has participated in research projects; promoting physical activity and health behaviors, and increasing equity of access and efficiency of Integrated Health care Networks in Colombia. She is currently a research assistant in project GUIA. Her research interests are health behaviors, physical activity promotion and chronic disease prevention.
