Carlos Mario Arango, is a Physical Education Teacher from Universidad de Córdoba in Montería, Colombia, and holds a specialization degree in physical activity and health from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia. Carlos Mario has a Master in Physical Activity Science from Universidad de Pamplona, Colombia and currently is a first year Masters student of Public Health in Washington University in Saint Louis, George Warren Brown School of Social Work. Carlos Mario has worked as a researcher and professor at Universidad de Córdoba during the last eight years and has implemented research projects in the field of physical activity and health-related fitness in school children and groups of African descent populations in the Caribbean coast of Colombia. His main areas of interest are physical activity promotion and Evidence-based Physical Education.
